1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
2. Non-returnable items
- Digital goods, software keys, and licences once delivered.
- Hygiene and personal-care products once unsealed.
- Custom or made-to-order items.
- Items damaged by misuse.
3. How to return
- Email returns@cryptopayworld.com with your order number.
- We send a prepaid return label (where eligible) or instructions.
- Drop off the parcel within 14 days of receiving the label.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days).
- Crypto orders are refunded in USDT or USDC at the USD value of the original purchase, sent to the wallet address you specify.
- Network fees on the refund transfer are deducted from the refund amount.
- We do not refund in the original volatile asset to protect both parties from price swings.
5. Damaged or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or full refund including return shipping.
6. Lost in transit
If tracking shows no movement for 14 days we open a carrier claim and reship or refund.
